We offer you quality reports from our external partners on companies from CIS, the Adriatic/Balkan region and from most European countries. However, our expertise lies in our own information about Russian companies. For that, we are using a broad range of official sources that deliver administrative, financial as well as compliance relevant information.

Information about business partners  - clients, suppliers, service providers – are important decision factors. Important for:

  • Credit manager  - what payment terms can be given, credit limits based on what kind of securities

Delcreda is using only official sources. Due to the wide range of used data bases the probability increases to get a comprehensive overview about the analyzed entity. Some specialties in the Russian business environment require sometimes additional efforts to come to an adequate evaluation of the company. Such specialties are e.g.:
  • Only approx. 700.000 out of a total of 4.700.000 registered companies (without craftsmen or small enterprises) in Russia submit their annual reports to the Federal State Statistic Service of RF. For all others an annual report has to be requested directly from the respective company.
  • The deposited annual tax accounts are often optimized in order to reduce the tax burden.
  • Frequently existing company group structures are normally only recognizable by looking at the General Manager or the shareholder(s).
For the reasons mentioned above we recommend to make use of the possibility of a buyer visit in order to prepare a company portrait. An important pre-condition for this is the approval from the general manager of the respective company. To achieve this is a matter of being able to gain his trust. Signing confidentiality agreements with them is normal procedure.   Premium reports on Russian companies can be delivered within 2 working days. Group reports including a comparison of the key indicators are delivered within 4-5 working days. Both types of reports are available in German, English or Russian language.
Group reports
A peculiarity of Russian companies is the fact that most entrepreneurs have share holdings in a number of other companies or are active as general managers in other companies. Since holding structures of a western model are not yet known in Russia that results in often unclear company structures which could not be detailed in a regular information report. Therefore Delcreda offers comprehensive group reports including the most important financial indicators of all relevant group companies. This analysis includes also the general managers of the companies who happen to hold the position of being the only persons who can take decisions for the company. Group report can be delivered within 4-5 working days.
Premium reports
A Premium Report includes the following information about the requested company:
  • Administrative data: registration- and tax numbers
  • Address
  • Type of business activity
  • Registered share capital
  • Bank details
  • General management and other functions of the general management at other companies
  • Share holders / owners and other functions of these share holders/ owners at other companies
  • Balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
  • Selected financial indicators and coefficients
  • Affiliated companies, branches, daughter companies and/or other companies registered at this address
  • Foreign trade activities: imports and exports, licenses
  • Number of employees
  • Court cases with the business court of the Russian Federation
  • Import categories according to TN VED, countries of origin
  • Export categories according to TN WED, destination countries
  • Carried out inspections as scheduled by government agencies of different sectors 
  • Graphical comparisons of financial indicators of a business sector and about the company of up to the last 15 years
