Delcreda is a highly specialized international group offering risk management services. It was founded by the trade credit insurance specialists Andreas Steinborn and Thomas Bölinger in 2012 offering services in Germany and the Russian Federation. In November 2014 Delcreda expanded their services to the Balkan/Adriatic region through a Slovenian based office managed by their partner Klara Stanič.

In summer of 2019 Delcreda started its China Desk which is managed by Xin Yang-Schneider.

Delcreda Adriatic/Balkan office, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, responsible for risk management – trade credit insurance, debt collection and business information in Slovenia, Croatia and indirectly in Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Delcreda Insurance Services Inc, Los Angeles., USA, responsible for providing trade credit insurance and factoring solutions for US companies with domestic and export business.
